  • We currently ship across most locations in India.
  • Delivery availability may vary depending on courier service coverage.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–10 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.
  • Free shipping offers may be available on selected products or order values.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Delayed Deliveries

Incorrect Address Information

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed after several attempts:

  • The package may be returned to us.

Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged upon delivery:

  1. Take clear photos of the package and product.
  2. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. We will review the issue and provide appropriate assistance.

Lost Shipments

If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period or your package appears lost:

  • Contact our support team.
  • We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the shipment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

For COD orders:

  • Please ensure availability to receive the package.
  • Repeated order refusals may result in restrictions on future COD orders.
